The SeaMonkey project is a community effort to develop the SeaMonkey Internet application suite (see below). Such software suites have been popularized by Netscape and Mozilla before, and the SeaMonkey project will continue to develop and provide high-quality updates to this concept. SeaMonkey includes Internet browsers, email and newsgroup clients, as well as Web feed readers, HTML editors, IRC chat and Web development tools, and will definitely attract advanced users, Web developers and corporate users.
Tabbed browsing provides you with a better way to surf the Internet. You no longer need to open one page at a time. Use tabbed browsing to open multiple pages with one click. When a webpage provides an RSS or Atom feed, the feed detection will notify you. The feed preview allows you to view its content and select the readers that subscribe to these content, including the internal readers in SeaMonkey’s mail and newsgroup components.
